this aint the spot for votin.
we are just collecting recommendations.
Moreover, voting will be by email - so that one's vote won't be influenced by others.
I think that since we live in a democracy but are not tied to the electoral college system, that we should generate a more equitable method of choosing the next book than just everyone one vote and the majority wins.
Here is one possible alternative. If others have suggestions, we could consider those as well.

This one looks a little complicated but is actually very simple for the voters. It just takes a couple minutes to sort and process for whoever is counting the votes, but isn't a big deal for a group our size.
